Terms of Service

These terms describe the conditions for using CraftImageKit. By using the service, you agree to these conditions and the handling of information described in our Privacy Policy.

AI portrait generation and real Stripe payments are available. Prices are displayed in USD before payment. Payment adds credits; users separately confirm generation. A confirmed request consumes credits for delivered portraits.

Accounts and eligible photos

You must be at least 18 years old. Upload only photos of yourself that you own or have permission to use, and provide the required consent. Keep access to your sign-in account secure. Do not upload another person's photos, use the service to impersonate or deceive others, submit unlawful content, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another account's information.

Requests, credits and results

Your draft records your selections and photos. A server-confirmed quote states the applicable plan, quantity and credit requirements. Changing selections may require a new quote. Purchasing credits and submitting a generation batch are separate actions; payment alone does not start generation.

Where generation is available, each deliverable image uses 10 credits. Remaining credits follow the most recent valid successful purchase's plan, including a lower plan; submitted batches retain their confirmed settings. Credits do not expire, but images have the separate retention limits below. Credits are for use within CraftImageKit and are not a cash balance.

Only one batch may be active per account. A queued batch may be canceled before processing starts; once any output begins processing, the batch cannot be canceled through the product. Failed outputs release their unused reserved credits. Released credits are not an additional grant or an automatic cash refund.

Quality and use of images

AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies or artifacts, and subjective likeness or satisfaction is not guaranteed. Review results before using them. Current homepage examples are labeled fictional AI visual illustrations, not evidence of verified results from customers' selfies. Output specifications and timing remain subject to the confirmed service offering; preview estimates do not establish a delivery guarantee.

Support and refunds

Use the signed-in support controls or email me@alyxstack.com for payment, generation or privacy issues. Cash refunds require individual review; submitting a support request does not automatically approve a refund. Approved refunds are reconciled against the original payment and remaining credits. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Retention and content permission

Drafts and uploaded photos expire after 30 days without a saved change or upload. Results expire 30 days after creation. Viewing or downloading does not extend retention. Download results you want to keep. Deleting or expiring an already delivered image does not restore consumed credits. Physical deletion may be delayed while the independent cleanup queue retries.

You retain your rights in the material you upload. You permit us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process that material as needed to provide the requests you submit, support the service and perform deletion. The service does not promise exclusive rights in AI-generated results.

Service changes and contact

We may pause new requests, restrict misuse or update the service. Existing account, payment and support records are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations. Updates to these terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Contact AlyxStack LLC at me@alyxstack.com.
